Ngò tây có thể sử dụng loại tươi hay khô tuỳ sở thích. Nó không làm món ăn thay đổi vị nhiều. Phô mai Parmesan bào sẵn có thể tìm mua gói nhỏ ở siêu thị Coopmart.
Mì nở, cho tất cả nguyên liệu còn lại vào. Cho muối, ớt khô, một muỗng canh dầu olive, một muỗng canh phô mai Parmasan rồi nặn một lát chanh nhỏ và trộn đều. Vậy là hoàn thành xong món mì Ý sốt tỏi rồi.
Bắt mì ra dĩa, trang trí thêm một ít phô mai, rắc ít ngò tây lên cho bắt mắt. Và bắt đầu thưởng thức thành quả nào.
